So what now?

I don't know about anyone else, but I have noticed that the closer you get to your childs' birthday the crazier they get. We are in the two month stretch for both my kids' birthdays and let me tell you they have lost it!!! I don't know how much more I can take of them running around and acting crazy.

They dump out full bottles of shampoo, mouth wash, cleaners, and whatever else they can get their hands on. They will do a 2 a.m. raid of my kitchen and eat anything they can. Running, screaming, and all about carrying on. The other day they had the plunger in the toilet flinging water around.......gross!!!

I am so tired of all of this garbage, and I have no idea on how to make them stop.....goodness I need a vacation! BAD!!

So Sorry

I know I have not been posting "real" posts lately. dNeero has actually come through for me so I have been doing those a lot, or whenever one comes up I am interested in doing. That and the fact I have been so busy with a lot of things.

For one I am still a mom and that always comes first. Both kids have been sick for about two weeks now, and this week they got me sick as well.

Then there is work. All kinds of interesting things have been happening and I think one person is trying to get another fired. That could mean more hours for me which is good for the money but then not so good for time. I already don't see my husband enough so another day of work to go full time, that would be VERY hard.

I also have been spending a lot of time doing my mod job on Divachix.com , I love it don't get me wrong! It just seems to be a never ending babysitting job some days. For the most part everyone behaves where I do the mod-ing but there are times where I could not believe what happens. Now, a co-owner and designer left. I wonder if they will fill that spot?

Well, now I am off to go see what I can do to make the house not look like a train wreck any more. Only a few more days before my mom and step-dad come to visit us here in our small town. AND we might be looking at a home to buy.......good times!

I was made for what i do

So I figured out last night that what I do for a living is what i should be doing. i love working in a hotel. I love being the clerk. I love everything about it. i am happy when I am at work. I could be in a terrible mood at home and get to work and be happy again. I feel bad because my kids should be the ones that make me happy but for some reason i can not seem to connect to them any more. They are still really young too. That makes me even more guilt ridden that work makes me the happiest. I hope my home life can do the same soon.
